Amanda.

One of my big goals for 2010 is to combine the high drama lighting that I so often use with more subtle available/bounced light. It’s certainly a challenge. Amanda’s session yesterday was a chance for me to try some new techniques with available light. The snow covered ground bounced beautiful light all over the park we were in, it was hard to take a bad photo! Amanda has a great range of expression – it’s broader than I think she even knows. I would love to show you all the photos we took from this session, but the post would be ridiculously long, so I hope this offering of a dozen or so hold you over until next week. I’m going to be posting weekly, and then twice a week again as work picks back up for me this Spring.

For good measure we did a few ‘lit’ shots at the end of the session. I thought this one stood out.
